Before coming to Bethany, he spent more than 30 years serving as a Youth Pastor, investing in young people and encouraging them to know the Lord and live according to His Word. His Ministry at BethanyPastor Fields is committed to the preaching and teaching of the King James Bible. His ministry emphasizes old-fashioned Bible preaching, soul winning, missions, Christian education, outreach, and helping the next generation develop Biblical convictions. As pastor, he seeks to care for the Bethany church family through preaching, prayer, counsel, and faithfully leading the ministries God has entrusted to the church. Pastor Tom & Mrs. DebbiePastor Tom and Mrs. Debbie have three children: Miss Crystal Fields, Jenny Moody, and TJ Fields. They have three grandchildren: Bradley Moody, Ethan Moody, and Sofia Vida Fields, and one great-grandchild, Maverick Moody. His Heart for BethanyPastor Fields' desire is for Bethany Baptist Church to remain faithful to the Lord and His Word while reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
